If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item for a refund or an exchange.

ORIGINAL CONDITION 

Please note that Noble Bikes will only accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the purchase, and only on items that are in the original condition. Original condition means that the item must be unsued, undamaged and in its original packaging.

SHIPPING BACK TO NOBLE BIKES 

Please contact us before shipping your item back to us. We will provide you with a return authorization and after this has been issued, you can ship your item back to Noble Bikes. You are responsible for all shipping costs back to Noble Bikes.

ORIGINAL OWNER

This return policy only applies to the original owner and a request for return must be made within 30 days of the original purchase. When requesting a return authorization, you must provide us with the original proof of purchase.

REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

In the case your item is damaged in shipping, we will exchange the item for a new item. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will issue a refund through our store and a credit will be issued to your original form of payment.
